Police say 170-page "child molester handbook" making its way around Florida

(WHAS11) - There is a disturbing story out of Florida.  Police there say a 170-page manual is making its way around the central part of the state and is a step-by-step guide on how to molest children. The manual also includes where to find potential victims and police say it's legal to own the manual or e-mail it because of freedom of speech.
